Seller reviewWhile the default choice was to work with the C21 team, and specifically Ashley since she is a relative (full disclosure!), the most important factor in this sale was looking out for the best interest of my mom who owned the property. I was impressed with C21 and the team in their approach to advertising, using social media, etc. The team has a solid presence in the area so I was confident they would know the markets and have suggestions based on experience in today's market. We discussed matters such as the benefits up updates to the home, pricing strategies, etc. I always appreciate straight talk, which is what I received from the team! We had multiple offers over asking price after the first weekend on the market (goal accomplished). This was an emotional transaction for me personally, and Ashley and the team handled it with great care, compassion, and professionalism.
