After a lifetime of relocating with my family throughout the northeastern United States, I find myself a 32-year native of Northern Virginia. I have lived in Loudoun County for the past 26 years with my husband of 30 years and our two children, who are now adults. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as an appraiser for 10 years with ISO Commercial Risk Services providing replacement cost values to insurance companies. My love of real estate brought me to CENTURY 21 New Millennium in 2005 when my children were both in elementary school and 2024 marks my 19th year as a Realtor. I have worked for the same company, in the same office since I began my real estate career. Since then, I have helped facilitate over 400 deals with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. I pride myself on my knowledge of the local area, my communication skills, and most importantly, my desire to have happy clients at closing. Seller reviewMary did a five-star stellar job marketing our family house. We were out of state owners and a little concerned that not having a presence in Fairfax would affect the sale. Mary went beyond the call of duty. She hauled mulch herself was on top of all the paperwork and probably the most important factor was her pricing strategy.
