Seller reviewMaryann was recommended by another condo community resident whose condo Maryann sold quickly and above asking price. I liked her vibe on our first phone call; I felt I can work with her. All of my interactions thru to last week's closing reconfirmed my initial impression: very down to earth and extremely professional, told me what she thought, priced it perfectly. Listing went live on a Friday and by Saturday she had shown the property to multiple prospective buyers. By Monday she sent me a contract with buyers who came in $15K over asking. I was out of the country, yet she called and texted, emailing me documents to sign that I could send back via email. This was the second property I've sold and working with Maryann was by far the easiest, smoothest and quickest realtor interactions I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

She made sure that we had the perfect home for us and that we weren't settling for any house just because it had some nice qualities to it.
