Seller reviewThe housing market in the Tri-Cities is not what it was a couple years ago. Matt was very upfront and open about the outlook/timing as we collaborated on a pricing strategy, and even though we were quite optimistic in selecting our original price, which may have lead to a longer time on the market, we felt like we ultimately got the best price we could possibly have gotten for our house. Matt was very involved throughout the process as we responded to buyer input and slowly adjusted the price to be more aggressive in a saturated market. I can honestly say I couldn't have had a more qualified agent who advised, listened, and actively advocated for our house sale and would recommend him to anyone wanting a dedicated agent to help them through the process as well!
