Matt focus's his work in the area that we knew we wanted to find a property in. He also publishes daily emails of current/new listings in said area making it easier to stay on top of new opportunities.
That said, waterfront/properties with boat docks in the area that we wanted to find a weekend escape home/condo are basically non-existent. Most sell before even hitting the market. After talking/texting with Matt for a couple of months, Matt got to know our likes and dislikes for the different areas. He recalled a conversation, from a year ago, with an owner who said he may interested in selling his condo down the road. He sent prior info on it to us. As soon as we said yes this fit our many criteria, he quickly reached out. The owner was receptive and Matt immediately arranged for a showing. The offer and agreement was put together very timely and he continued to follow through in real time all the way to closing. All of this happened so quickly and worked out wonderfully. What more could you ask for when working with your realtor!
We are forever grateful to Matt as he found us the most wonderful condo (best unit in the building) and it wasn't even on the market.
