This is the second home which I have purchased, and although I hadn't had any issues with the other broker's I did find that the agent I used for this transaction was very knowledgeable and did very well in advocating for me when the paperwork got confusing during the transaction. He kept on the seller's agent and attorney to keep their side moving and got us to close in a timely manner. If I ever purchase another home I will definitely be using the same agent, and will be referring ly friends in that direction as well. The agent was very professional and made sure that everything went as smooth as possible. Even advocating on my behalf when some of the legal paperwork had clerical errors to ensure that the closing happened in a timely manner. Excellent experience using this agent, Inwill be recommending him to family and friends for future transactions. Everything was done in a timely manner and all correspondence was profession and kind.
