He is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and although he was out of state during the process, he had a local team that took care of all of our needs. We are extremely happy with Max and his team's service from start to finish. Even after the sale, he has been extremely helpful with finding vendors and contractors. We highly recommend Max and will be working with him again soon once we put our condo on the market!

Seller reviewI had a phone conversation with Max before we left for Myrtle Beach. Max came to our condo unit on may 14 and we signed the contract. He immediately sent out information about our unit to other Realters with a lot of response. Max had a showing the same day and several and more the week we were there.
