Megan just gets it done and with ease. This is our 2nd time working with Megan, for good reason. She had our property SOLD the day before we were going to list it, but was also equally prepared with photos and marketing in the event that didn't happen. The entire process could not have been smoother, and that is the true sign of an awesome Realtor. If there was ever an issue, she solved it before we even knew about it. She is the best and we will use her again and again without a doubt!

We had a unique situation and needed Megan's help figuring out how to best sell our property. We knew it was going to take a lot of work to find the right buyer or buyers. Megan put the long hours to help us get this property sold Nicole (Megan's assistant) is top-notch material, she is very detailed and stays on task to make sure everything is getting done correctly and timely. They kept us in the loop on everything via text it was so helpful to go back and look over conversations we had! Megan worked so hard for us for this sale, the other party was very frustrating to say the least and she handled it so professionally and with so much poise! She really does know her stuff and makes it a point to keep following through until the very end! Like i said before our situation was a unique one but Megan kept her cool through the entire process, she is professional, she responds quickly to matters, she cares for the seller but also the buyer too. She is a diamond in the rough I would say!

I had the best experience working with Megan Hill Mitchum and Tom Stender-Custer! I relocated to the DSM area after living out of state. I connected with Megan and Tom while still job hunting and not quite ready to officially house hunt. They kept in contact regularly throughout my job search to make sure we were ready to dive right in once I received my job offer. Megan, Nichole and Tom were amazing! They helped us look at many options and went to alot of houses with us. We finally settled on one and we absolutely love it! The puchasing of our new house was smooth and easy. The selling of our old townhome was smooth as well. It was great that we received so many offers, and Megan and her team were there to help us decide what offer was best. Megan and her team came recommended from a realtor friend when I was moving out of state. I'm absolutely elated that she did! Though familiar with the DSM area, relocating to a new city (as a first-time home owner!) is intimidating and they went above and beyond. My spouse and I worked most closely with Tom and he made sure we had all the info about each of the~20 properties we saw, talked through pros and cons and really helped us home in on what was the "right" house for us. He pointed out things about properties and gave us considerations that hadn't occurred to us too. He guided us through a lightning fast offer and basically held our hand the entire time. When we had to negotiate with the sellers to get some work on the property done prior to closing, he was on top of it. It meant so much to have a trusted expert on the ground managing that. We would have been lost otherwise. So many gold stars to Tom and Megan and team- I would work with them again in a heartbeat!!
