Buyer reviewI had the best experience working with Megan Hill Mitchum and Tom Stender-Custer! I relocated to the DSM area after living out of state. I connected with Megan and Tom while still job hunting and not quite ready to officially house hunt. They kept in contact regularly throughout my job search to make sure we were ready to dive right in once I received my job offer. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process and ultimately found me the perfect place (before it officially hit the market)! Their excellent communication, guidance and knowledge of the local market was invaluable as a first-time buyer. I truly could not have asked for a better team to work with!

Seller reviewMegan, Nichole and Tom were amazing! They helped us look at many options and went to alot of houses with us. We finally settled on one and we absolutely love it! The puchasing of our new house was smooth and easy. The selling of our old townhome was smooth as well. It was great that we received so many offers, and Megan and her team were there to help us decide what offer was best. I always tell my friends if they're ever looking to sell or buy a house, call Megan!

Buyer reviewMegan and her team came recommended from a realtor friend when I was moving out of state. I'm absolutely elated that she did! Though familiar with the DSM area, relocating to a new city (as a first-time home owner!) is intimidating and they went above and beyond. My spouse and I worked most closely with Tom and he made sure we had all the info about each of the~20 properties we saw, talked through pros and cons and really helped us home in on what was the "right" house for us. He pointed out things about properties and gave us considerations that hadn't occurred to us too. He guided us through a lightning fast offer and basically held our hand the entire time. When we had to negotiate with the sellers to get some work on the property done prior to closing, he was on top of it. It meant so much to have a trusted expert on the ground managing that. We would have been lost otherwise. So many gold stars to Tom and Megan and team- I would work with them again in a heartbeat!!

Buyer reviewOh my gosh, where do I begin?! My husband and I were referred to Megan by friends that worked with her in the past on both buying and selling their homes. Choosing Megan and her team (Tom and Nichole) was hands-down the best decision! Being first-time home buyers seemed so stressful before talking with Megan. We didn't even know where to begin or know any of the steps involved in buying a home. Megan and her team broke down EVERYTHING along the way - and they're such a fun group of people! They were so responsive, kind, and genuine. Nichole helped to keep us on track and Tom was phenomenal in showing us properties and giving us honest feedback and recommendations. Our house hunting only lasted about a week when we put in our first (and only) offer. Without Megan's knowledge and experience with the market, I truly feel that we would've missed out on our new home. We can't thank the team enough for everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.
