Buyer reviewMegan and her team (Nichole and Tom) were wonderful to work with. Megan took her time working with us to find out what our needs were. She set up video tours of homes and in person tours. When we flew into Iowa from New Mexico, we were able to view 9 homes on Monday, pick our favorite, make an offer that Megan prepared, and the offer was accepted, all in one day. It was an amazing experience. We were in a time crunch and they were able to meet our needs! Nichole Johnson was able to help with video tours of homes and she was great. When emailing with her she was extremely helpful and responsive. Tom Stender-Custer was able to take us in person on some tours of the homes as well and he was extremely easy and comfortable to talk to. He was informative and made us feel at home right away. He has a great personality. I would highly recommend Megan Hill Mitchum to anyone selling or buying a home.

Buyer reviewI highly recommend using Megan as a realtor. She wants the absolute best for her clients and will make sure you're aware of everything going into making an offer/closing. We were first time home buyers and she helped us understand the entire process, what to look for during open houses and negotiating price/terms. She even allowed us access to a moving truck for 2 days which significantly decreased our moving costs. After close, she's helped us with communication between us and the seller and always kept our best interest in mind. She goes above and beyond and we're so grateful to have used her as our realtor on our first home!
