My wife and I know a number of realtors, some we consider great friends. So when it came time to select a realtor to sell our house and help us in the purchase of a new one, we needed to figure out who to work with. No one really talks about that- I mean you don't want to offend anyone or hurt their feelings, but buying and selling a house is a huge decision and you can't just trust it to anyone. After some discussion, we landed on Megan; and we couldn't be happier with that decision. We came to that conclusion because we were comfortable with her, we felt we could trust her and we were confident she could guide us through this process once she knew what we were looking for. Our decision to entrust her was spot on. Megan was there for us every step of the way. She helped us establish what was most important, helped us evaluate and eliminate homes; she truly felt for us when we lost out on a house we loved. She answered our crazy, stupid and random questions over and over. When we found this house, she helped us quickly and confidently through the process. At the end of the day, we couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process, she was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for a realtor. Thank you Megan!

We had a few hiccups during our process and looked at more houses than was probably needed, and Megan was incredibly helpful, patient and flexible during our entire process. The customer service we received from Megan was second to none, and I would happily recommend her to anyone.

The team went above and beyond to get an offer in on this house. After finding out there was another offer on the table, they coordinated a showing at the house on a weekend that they both had been out of town. We wanted to make sure the house was priced right and that there weren't any glaring issues we should be concerned about (randomly saw it during an open house the day before). Nichole went through the house so meticulously; we were confident in submitting an offer after having their stamp of approval.

I was SO pleased with Megan's handling of my condo. One of my favorite items was a shared spreadsheet that they would include feedback from each showing. It was great to have that in one place and be confident that they were following up with the realtors.

Megan was great to work with! She respectfully answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, and was very quick to respond to communications. She made my first time home buying experience super easy! I'd definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

We really enjoyed working with Megan and Nichole. Nichole actually showed us the home we purchased and she was quick to follow-up with Megan and get an offer submitted to the seller. The home we purchased was only listed for a few hours when we had an offer accepted. In a "hot" real estate market (Ankeny), we knew what we were looking for in terms of size, features, etc. and in our price range, we needed to act fast when we found what we were looking for. Megan and Nichole were quick and thorough throughout the process. They had great recommendations for home inspectors and lenders...from searching to closing, they were a great team and we couldn't be more pleased with our new home.
