Buyer reviewI could not have imagine the purchase of my townhome going any more smoothly. Megan is an absolute rockstar at what she does. Communication was excellent, she answered every question I had (even if they were silly ones!), and made the experience of purchasing a new townhome so easy and fun! Could not be happier with the care and expertise that Megan (and Nichole) provide.

Megan was always available for questions and quick to respond- either in person, or by text. The listing and selling of my condo was quick and easy-- even during a global pandemic! They work hard to make sure a process that can sometimes be stressful is seamless and efficient. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Buyer reviewI've worked with Megan on previous transactions but this one is by far the most complex, as we were selling 2 homes, buying a home, and combining households. Megan handled everything with complete grace and professionalism. She handled everything possible but made sure we always knew where we were in the process and what we should expect. Dare I say she even made the process fun...? I hope there's never a world in which Megan can't be the one to help me through a real estate transaction!
