Buyer reviewMegan was extremely engaged throughout the process, at one point, even at the expense of her own vacation. We had constant updates from her and she worked tirelessly on getting the property we wanted at the price we wanted. She also went over and above to help us out with the closing walkthrough and delivery us the keys and remotes as we were out of town at that times. We are continuing to work with Megan on our other property needs. She has been exactly what we wanted.

Seller reviewMegan was extremely helpful in setting up the property for sale - even helping to carry furniture when she stopped by to see how our garage sale was doing, and bringing us keys we had forgotten while she was on her way to pick up her kids from school. We don't reside in Muscatine, so she took care of many, many visits by contractors, inspectors and, of course, the buyer for us. There apparently are differences in the way the sale of estate property is handled in Muscatine county as opposed to Johnson county, so when our estate attorney was inserted into the sale and closing, Megan graciously worked with his office to facilitate the closing. We had no idea this was how probate worked in Muscatine, but because of Megan's work we weren't even required to be there for the closing. Megan is very special. As an agent and as a person.
