Growing up in the town of Jay, Vermont, has given me a deep appreciation for all the Northeast Kingdom has to offer. Surrounded by mountains and with so many beautiful lakes and ponds in the area, it is easy to enjoy the variety found in the four seasons. I graduated from UVM in 2008 with degrees in political science and psychology. After graduation, I returned to the Northeast Kingdom to settle in Derby with my family, which now includes a bunch of kids and a golden retriever. My family enjoys
