When I needed a little push to sign something she would have others remind me. The constant possible buyer updates, negotiating after a troublesome buyer, seamless relationship with escrow just made it an amazing experience.

Seller reviewThe best decision we made when selling our parents' home was to choose Meghan as our realtor. Meghan has years of experience and knows the market really well. Within hours of meeting us and looking at the home, she sent an analysis of the market, a suggested listing price, and an estimate as to what she thought the house would ultimately sell for. We followed her advice and she was 100% spot on as to all of it. Almost as importantly, she made the process seamless. She was extremely responsive, providing a full marketing calendar and plan, and communicating often as to status and next steps. She answered every question timely and respectfully (even the dumb ones) and provided us with guidance and advice based on her many years of experience. She offered resources and contacts for an estate sale and various repairs that needed to be done. On top of being fantastic at her job, she is also a wonderful person - genuine, warm, and funny. I can't recommend her enough.
