Melissa is a wonderful, sensitive and caring person who did everything we asked and then some. She was wonderful to work with and always by the phone to hold our hands through the sale of our 27 year old house. She worked endlessly for us. She made beautiful brochures and I even saw my house featured online. She did a wonderful job for us. We would use her again in a heartbeat!!

Melissa suggested and helped coordinate) modest improvements to our home that were completed in 4 weeks and netted a $40,000 profit on a $10,000 investment. Our house was only on the market for about 3 weeks when we got the offer that ultimately closed in a sale!

She did an excellent job timing the listing, marketing the property, and negotiating with the buyers. We were in a rush to sell, but thanks to her advice and negotiating skills we walked away with far more proceeds from the sale of our house than we expected to, and in a shorter amount of time.

I would highly recommend Melissa--she knows the Frederick market and understands today's home buyers very well.
