After the death of my mother I was tasked with selling the family home. I contacted George Dunagan and asked for his help in finding just the right agent for me. He did not hesitate to give me the name Melody Ortiz. He also gave me her contact number. After a call to her we set up our first meeting. At that first meeting as we toured my parents home Melody and I talked alot about developing relationships in the beginning of the selling process. I let her know that I had never bought or sold a home and that I would need information and education during the selling process. She quickly set out her approach to the sell of my parents home even at our first meeting. She came through with information that I needed and she never treated any question or suggestion as a bother or something that I should know. Melody was always available for a quick text or would get back to me quickly is she was not available right then. She was continually evaluation the local market and neighborhood for changes that might require a change in the selling strategy. I asked her to be with me all the way through the sell and final signing as she was right there. During out time of working together to get my parents home sold I found Melody Ortiz a delight and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Not only were we buying a new home but we were new to the state. Melody was such a great help & made the process a very easy and fun experience.
