During the pre-listing period, I was impressed with Michael's knowledge of home construction and home features. His initial inspection of our property was very thorough. Thus, he knew which features to emphasize to prospective buyers. The unique situation surrounding our sale did not permit him to show our house to anyone, so I never was able to see his salesmanship in action. I felt he was working in my interests at all times, and he was accessible whenever I needed him.

Selling the family home was a stressful event for me and my 3 siblings, one who lived across the country. Mike has a calm, friendly, professional demeanor which helped all of us deal with this sale. Mike responded to text messages, voice mail, and email promptly and always informed us if he would be unavailable for any reason. His knowledge of rural property with a well and septic system guided us through the inspection process guickly and efficiently. When emotions ran high, he was a calm presence. Mike's advice throughout the sales process was spot on!

Throughout the transaction to purchase my home, Mike Campanella was always available, pleasant and quiet. He never pushed me into a decision. He waited for me to express and opinion. When I would press him for his thoughts he'd wisely refer me back to my own opinions saying something like, You're the one who'll be living here. How does it seem for you?"

Once through the initial stages Mike was always available to help answer any questions I had, help explain different procedures that I found somewhat confusing and confidently guided me through the mountain of paperwork. He was available whenever I needed him and his understanding of the process helped enormously.

I appreciated Mike's good nature and humor as we went through it all. He's a great guy. He made a complex process much more pleasant to get through. I'm so glad he was my agent.
