Mike showed more enthusiasm and professionalism. He had a game plan from the beginning and provided much needed advice regarding the house and sale. He assisted with all facets including assisting with selling household items and actually moving furniture and items out of the house. I appreciated that he was from the area and knew the appropriate selling cost. I received an offer within hours of the MLS listing. He worked with the HOA, the buyer's attorneys, the actual buyers, the dumpster people (at the end I had to clear the rest of the house), ...etc. Everything went smoothly - no hiccups. I highly recommend him as a realtor and as a real estate advisor.
