Seller reviewHaving Mike as our agent was the best decision we made. Put it in perspective, we met Mike on Monday and following Thursday the house was on the market. Three days later we accepted an offer above the asking price. It sounds easy but we live in Arizona and our ability to travel to Illinois during Covid pandemic was very limited. However, Mike used his wide network of resources to ensure the house was cleaned, repairs were taken care of, worked with the village inspectors, our attorney and the buyer's agent while keeping us informed at all times. We would recommend Mike to anyone.
