Seller reviewI am very thankful I choose Mr. Michael Graham to help me get through a very important, financial transaction. He handled my most valuable, monetary asset like it was his. Mr. Graham helped me convert this very sweet, memorable asset (full of great memories) into the cash I needed to manage my current financial responsibilities to family and self. The sale of one's home is a critical, "Pivotal" time in one's life and it never went unnoticed the quality customer service I receive in my dealings with one truly knowledgeable Real Estate Professional, Mr. Michael Graham. Seller reviewI have worked with Michael Graham in the past. He is very honest with his assessment of properties and will explain the reasons why he wants to list properties at the price he does while at the same time listening to your point of view. I could not be happier with the experience that I had while selling this home. Even when I was upset about all the faults the inspector found, he was patient in his explanation of what would need to be done and how it was all doable. I appreciated how quickly the house was listed once it was ready to go. Mike kept in touch the whole time and let use know the status. So happy that there was a written contract almost as soon as the home was listed. He helped me and the buyer come to an agreement. Michael Graham is easy to work with and delivers results. He will be our agent when we sell our present home in the next few years.

Seller reviewI had not sold a house in 35 years and Michael walked me through every aspect and obstacle of getting the house ready for a better sale . I would have just let it sell as is. I really think that was above and beyond. We were presented with a contract in 2 days at christmas time. We were not expecting one until Spring. What a nice surprise.We were very happy with our out come. When I had given up on a contractor that had taken my money and time over nine months of my time, Michael tried very hard to get the job done. He waited at the empty house for me when work men and deliveries were due and I could not be there. Many times I could not be there due to health issues. Great guy!

Seller reviewMichael Graham sets the standards for all realtors. He is extremely knowledgeable, not only about properties and their values, but about all of the little details that are involved in real estate transactions. It is not enough to just know properties anymore, a realtor must be able to maneuver the ins and outs of a ton of paperwork, policies, procedures, financials, you name it. They must have a solid contact list of organizations/companies to draw from, and they have to handle all kinds of personalities. It is a roller coaster, but always smooth riding with Michael Graham. He takes his work seriously and is always congenial -- never gets ruffled no matter what happens. Michael draws from his experience, is always available and lets NOTHING fall through the cracks. He would be an excellent mentor for other realtors.
