As a REALTOR®, I pride myself on being dependable and committed to my clients. Educating my clients during every step of the selling/buying process is my number one priority! This ensures a comfortable framework for all transactions with the least amount of inconvenience to the client.
When a seller seeks my assistance to list their property, I have two fundamental rules. The first, is to devote myself entirely to secure the highest possible price for their property. Followed by generating appeal to potential buyers in the market to sell the property in the shortest amount of time.
Purchasing real estate is a big investment that requires critical decisions in
a time sensitive environment. When working with a buyer, I listen and collect
as much data as possible to find the home that best suits their needs within
their desired budget. Creating a positive buyer experience is imperative! The
goal is to make the transaction seem effortless to my client. Passion combined
with attention to detail, follow up, time management, and extensive customer
service background allows me to execute this flawlessly.
I have a degree in Business (Liberal Arts). I have also completed courses in property management and negotiations of residential real estate. Buyer reviewFrom the beginning Michael asked us some of the most important questions a Realitor can ask their clients. Funny thing about it was he was not our realitor at the time. We met Michael at an open house that he was having and from there he kept in touch with us. He then called us to follow up on the open house and simply asked us, "What are you looking for in a house?" Such a simple question that was never asked by our current realitor at the time. He took the time to listen, write notes then followed up with listings that catered to our answers. Every listing he sent was on point and made it so hard to choose from because all of them were exactly what we wanted in our first home. He also encouraged us to look on our own and send the listings to him to verify information. He came with lenders, inspectors, tank sweepers, contractors, electricians and so much more. WE WERE NOT EASY but from beginning to end, Michael was an absolute perfect fit for us!!! We are picky, ask questions ad nauseam, had a tight timeline, plus move quickly and efficiently, so we expect people on our team to move at the same pace (or faster). Not only was Michael timely while responsive to our wants and needs, but he came with a wealth of knowledge, and a team of folks to call when he needed to. Whether we asked or not, relevant info was regularly delivered, QUICKLY. He intentionally got to know us to inform his work with us and we truly appreciated this, as well as his transparency and integrity. We plan to work with him on future purchases. He's really a rockstar.

He got back to us quickly when we reached out by phone or email with questions or concerns. He consistently sent us homes that were in the price range we were looking for and listed the ones he felt we would like the most after inquiring what exactly we were looking for. He is very diligent and stays on top of the entire process. He even got involved when there was an issue between the attorney and bank's office. Mike did everything possible to ensure we kept our original closing date schedule. He was professional, courteous, and helpful during the home-buying process.
