I thought I knew reasonably well how real estate sales worked, but I was blown away by how complex the process is and how much realtors are an asset. Mike was on top of things and hit the ground running from the start. He was always reachable and made me feel like his top priority. There were several unique situations about my sale which added a lot of stress. Mike handled them with ease which gave me the freedom to concentrate on my move out of state. I would highly recommend Mike for the sale of your property. He knows the market and everything there is to know to handle negotiations. All around, a great guy to have on your side.
