I am originally from Boston and moved to Florida for the fantastic weather and friends. We were very concerned about selling my mother's house. It was in bad shape and we were from out of town. We needed to get the most we could from this property to help with the costs associated with her new living arrangement. When I saw that Michael had sold a similiar property in the neighborhood, we decided to meet with him. He was a godsend. He knew the area, what we needed to do to make it more sellable, and potential buyers interested in the type and condition of this house. He was always available for questions and updates. The house was sold in a little over 3 weeks for the exact price he had originally estimated he could get for it. We were in a difficult situation selling this house for my mother and he was understanding and helpful through the whole process. Thank you, Michael. We truly could'nt habe done it without you.
