Buyer reviewWhen I start at the homebuying process I didn't actually know Michael and our first interaction was via a zoom call . He seemed very honest and genuine which may me choose as my realtor. Throughout the whole homebuying process he was extremely helpful and honest. He even led me back on track when I was starting to look at properties that were not necessarily in my best interest physically and financially. I would recommend Michael to my daughters whom are my world, family, and friends

Seller reviewMichael not only took all steps toward a extremely successful sale, he went above and beyond to ensure the sale was completed as timely as possible. He and his team had to step in and complete steps the buyer's agent should have been taking, but were not capable of completing. Essentially, Michael and his team earned the commission of both buyer and seller without being able to realize the financial benefits. Without he and his teams' professional abilities, our house would likely still not have closed due to the inability of the buyer's agent. Needless to say, the Century 21 team came through in more ways than should be necessary. Fantastic service! Look no further for a team of professionals to ensure real estate success!!

Buyer reviewMichael Robe is a very professional and detail oriented person. Over the period of a couple of months we would go out on Open House runs and Michael was very prepared as to the type of property, the types of amenities, reliability of the heaters, air/conditioners, and other particulars of each property before we set foot in the house. He is extremely responsive and if he does not have an answer, he makes a call and finds the answer. The property we chose ended up being a distressed property with several liens, mortgages, which required more work on his end just to tie up the loose ends. He made us fully aware of the responsibilities we had that were different from a standard transaction so there were no surprises. Kudos to him for making sure he covered all angles leaving no stone un-turned. When another opportunity arises to purchase more property I will not hesitate to contact him first.
