Seller reviewWorking with Michael Robe for the sale of my home was a wonderful expereince. Michael's technical skills- industry knowledge and experience; marketing know how; familiarity with the area- are superb. The most important this for me was Michale Robe's approach- not just a transaction but entering into a relationship with me as the seller. He got to know me; my situation; my needs. Addtionally, Michael Robe communicated with me constantly- updates; checking on me ( it was an emotional sell for me); always providing information. I could call; text or email any time and the response was immmediate. This was significant. I was never left wondering what was going on or what the next steps were. I highly recommend Michael as your realtor. You will receive first class customer engagement.

Mr Micheal Robe and his team was highly recommended to me, and their execution mirrored their reputation which was absolutely spot on and correct. Above all, professionalism is at the very core when dealing with this team. Mr Michael took his time with me when visiting the different homes across the multitude of areas within San Diego. His level of knowledge concerning the history and normal practices within those areas were exceptional, and beneficial for when I decided on where I wanted to live. Buyer reviewMichael was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He is very upbeat, but also gives you a real opion of the properties being viewed. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I was unsure of. Michael was happy to show us as many houses as needed until we found the one that suited us. He is easy to talk to and we all enjoyed our time house hunting with him. Once we did find the house he was a spit fire. He stayed on the mortgage and title company as much as necessary to be sure the house closed in time. Once the house had closed he went as far as to pay for the replacement of a window that the termite inspector had missed to make sure we where fully satisied with the deal. Overall, Michael made the process as smooth and painless as possible. Working with him was a pleasure and I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy a house.

Seller reviewMichael Is very knowledgeable in all aspecyts of sellign a house and buying a new house. I have relectives that i could have gone with for a lower commision. But when i meet Michael i knew he was the right choice. He got the very top level dollar for my house even after it was frist appraised 300 K under the sales price and he also got me into another house which was apprased over our sales price.
