I had interviewed several brokers, in forming my decision for a listing agent. I chose Michael Rowan from C21 because his beliefs/knowledge of what the market would bear for my property was inline with my beliefs, as well as, not requiring me to jump through hoops that other brokers wanted. ie: move out, and needed repairs. Even though it did take 4 months to sell, that was in part because of listing in the "off" season, as well as the limited potential of the buyers pool to a required age, and income. I was also happy that Michael was willing to negotiate his % to make a sale happen. It took a long time to sell this property, primarily due to the condition of the property and the declining market conditions. Michael stuck with us over the entire period patiently, and kept showing the property despite the difficult conditions.
