After retiring as an Educator of 37 years my wife and I moved here from Temecula to help with our 2 year old twin grandsons. We absolutely love Paso Robles. It is a great place to live and raise a family.

I believe the seller got what she wanted (fast escrow and decent price) and I know I got what I wanted (a new larger home). Mr. Rowan was friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with several contacts to get the work done on my home including a handyman for general tasks and a gardener for yard maintenance. I went to an open house just to see what was available and a few weeks later had purchased a new place. I have already recommended Michael Rowan to a friend who is looking for a similar home.
