Seller reviewMichael was probably the best fit for this particular sale. We had it listed with a local agent before for a year with no interest shown. Michael went to work on it and we had buyers in 90 days. This was a multigenerational farm that had been past to the last remaining sibling. So there was some work to get it sold. Michael worked delingently to stay on top of things and help me work through the problems.
