Michael and Colene are awesome realtors. We were buying from out of state and was not sure of the exact location we wanted a home. We Searched the entire pan handle and they searched right along with us, sometimes driving hours to and from homes that we wanted to see via live video tour. Michael also was very Knowledgeable in things to look for that may cause a problem or cost us extra. Never living in Florida his advice and Knowledge was very important to us. Michael was always available to answer any questions as well. Our home was a small purchase but we felt like we were treated as if we were buying a million dollar home. I would highly recommend the Team Smith to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable, and enjoyable realtor experience.
