We were from out of town and knew very little about the area. Afftr explaining the home we had in Huntsvlle, Al. and that we would like something similar if possible. Michael went to work finding us houses to look at. After narrowing that list to about six or eight Michael would set up showings and/or tell us about the areas. From that information we would decide on the final list of homes to go view arrange times/dates to come to Maryville. Viewing on line pictures and actually viewing the homes were often quite different. We went through this process a lot of times with many, many trips back and forth HSV/Maryville. We looked at a lot of homes that just did not meet our needs in the actual viewing. I kept waiting for Michael to give up on us but he never did. After around eight / nine months of searching and two offers that fell through, we purchased our new home. To date we love it here, Michael has followed up after closing on serveral ocassions.
