I have known Mike for over 20 years. His work ethic and dedication to his craft were always part of his repertoire and I knew when we were looking to sell our home there was no one I'd trust more with the task at hand. Mike was honest and straight forward and knew what we could get for our home. He took excellent and inviting photos and described our home to a tee in the listing. Our house sold in 6 days and I know the market is crazy right now, but I know for sure that Mike and his hard work played an integral roll in that happening. I would highly recommend Mike and Century 21 Winklhofer to anyone. He is very knowledgeable about the market, very professional in his approach, and cuts no corners to make the process as smooth as possible! Thanks again Mike!

i was randomly placed/suggested to work with Mike on Zillow. Boy, did I hit the JACKPOT!! He is awesome!July 2020
The entire process I felt that Mike was truly on MY side. Not trying to sell me every house, but truly looking out for my needs and situation which became pretty specific. He would point out BOTH the pros and the cons of every house but never pushed the issue. I appreciated this as a seasoned, but single woman home buyer!
I cant say enough about Mike! Not only do my other comments hold true, but Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND even after closing- helping me with a lingering issue. He gave me his cell phone number and was always readily available and if he didn't know an answer, he got right on finding me one. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to ANYONE.
