I lived in the Fresno / Clovis area until 2003 when my husband, a RN at Children's Hospital, and I moved to Madera. After working in the medical field for over 19 years, I decided I wanted to make a change. I have always had a love for Real Estate so in 2005; I obtained my Real Estate License and have continued to excel in all parts of real estate. I am trained to assist in military relocating as well as Short Sales and Foreclosures. love what I do, every time I hand a Buyer the keys to their new home or help a client sell their home it brings me joy. My clients are not just clients to me, they are friends. I have built many lasting relationships that all started with me answering a call or email to help someone buy or sell a home. The one thing that separates Michele Shadle from other realtors I have dealt with in the past is the personal attention she gives to her clients. She took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and tailored the plan accordingly. She was available when I needed to talk to her, responded quickly to situations as they occurred, and provided expert advice when needed. Michele was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable as far as information on the property and the value of our home. What we loved most about her was the fact she was always available to us. We had a few concerns about the inspector while he was at our house and she came right over. All questions were answered promptly. Michele was so sweet and treated us with the up most respect. She was easy to talk to and explained everything to where we could understand. By the end of it all we considered her as family. If we ever have another property we will DEFINETLY be calling her.

We don't live in the area and having an excellent agent who would be our "boots on the ground" was critical. Michele was recommended by a relocation company that employs my son. She came highly recommended-- but her performance far exceeded our expectations.July 2019
She went far beyond the expectations of her role. She was a participant from the first day we walked into our house that had been rented for 7 years. She collaborated with us on refurbishing, helped us find resources and stepped in for emergencies. The day before the first open house there was a swarm of japanese bettles eating the newly landscaped rose bed. She took a sample to a nursery, bought the correct spray and sprayed the roses herself!
There wasn't the tinest detail that she missed. She was proactive, personable and very competent.
A few days before escrow was due to close, a very important title document couldn't be found. The escrow and title company were useless and we were facing the possibility of a lost sale and a probate proceeding with a $300 hour attorney! Michele and her Manager jumped in. They worked as a team, calling on every resource possible to find the missing trust document. They chased it down, got release documents, physically went to pick it up and delivered to escrow so it could the sale could close the next day.

When I first met Michele I got a good vibe and as my husband and I were sitting there on my husband said she looked familiar then we turned to see the pictures she had on her wall a picture of my son and my grandkids Michele also helped my son to buy his first home . It took me s few months to find a house that I really liked until we saw this one right away with no hesitation I wanted it and here we are in our new home that I love . I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face. I caught the vibe that these two agents weren't really vested in me and my family looking for the perfect home that we envisioned. July 2018
A good friend of mine asked me how the house hunting was going and I told him that it was stressful and that I didn't feel like I would be finding a home any time soon. My friend then sent me the number to a lender that helped him purchase his home. I called the number and the person informed me that he was only a lender, not a real estate agent. He told me to call Michele and that she would be able to help me. I called Michele as soon as I got off the phone with the gentleman and she answered the phone with a nice tone of voice. I expressed my concerns and told her the process I was in. Long story short, Michele had found the home that I fell in love with within a week of meeting her. There is no doubt in my mind that when I decide to purchase my next home, Michele will be the first one to receive a call. She truly made this process so much better. My wife and I were looking for a home for us and our two children and weren't having any luck with another company. We spent months looking for a home with me personally doing all the work and looking. Houses came and went and we really felt the agent we were with didn't care at all. The sale took longer than most due to some unforeseen issues. Through it all, Michelle was patient, professional and always positive. She stuck it out through the whole process and never had a negative remark. She always looked for the positive in every situation. She was always approachable and available anytime I had questions and/or concerns. She is very knowledgeable as an agent and the area she works in.

Well my wife and I were both deployed overseas and the daunting tast of buying a house happened. Michelle Shadle was recommended by another colleague and choosing her was the best decision we ever made. Trying to buy a house is stressful but trying to buy it half a world a way seemed impossible. Michelle answered every question we had and looked at or inquired on any properties we were j retested in. When we finally found a house she always kept us in the loop and tried to accommodate us.
