I am in the military, so we move around a lot. I was moving to the DMV area and a good friend of mine recommended Michele Symcak. Buying a house from the other side of the country is difficult, but Michele made the process incredibly easy for my wife and I. She was professional. The years of experience with the Virginia real estate market showed. She fantastic recommendations for everything that we needed. I have already recommended Michele to friends of mine that are moving to the DMV area. If you want a less stressful homebuying experience you want to have Michele Symcak on your team.

After speaking with my friends and colleagues about their negative experiences working with real estate agents throughout the NOVA area, I wasn't looking forward to this process in the beginning. However, Michele completely changed my entire outlook on the home buying process, as well as my perception of real estate agents in general.
As a first time home buyer, I really enjoyed this journey, thanks to Michele. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the process, and I felt like I could trust her with everything. Michele is truly a natural at her craft. She has an incredible eye for detail, and is one of the most patient individuals I have ever met.
Michele set the bar too high - if I end up purchasing another property out of state, it'll be difficult to return to coach after flying first class.
