Seller reviewWe first met Michelle in September 2024 when we inquired about viewing one of her offices listing. Upon meeting her in person, we found her very likable and easy to get a long with. We then worked with her over the next 12 months searching for our perfect home. Michelle was always a text or phone call away and was always able to schedule a showing for us with no issues. She helped us find our forever home in June of 2025, and now it was time to sell our house. Michelle guided us in the process, listed our property on a Thursday and the property was under contract by Saturday! We would highly recommend Michelle as your real estate agent, and if we ever have the need for a realtor again, Michelle will be the first person we call.

Buyer reviewWe met MIchelle in September 2024 when we called her office in reference to a listing and met her for a showing of the property. We then had a year long house hunting relationship with her until we found the perfect property. Michelle then helped us sell our house, it was sold in less then 2 days with an over asking sale price. I would recommend Michelle without hesitation, she really knows what she is doing, and makes a really good cheddar jalapeno sour dough bread!

Seller reviewMichelle helped us buy our first home in 2018. She made that process so easy and painless, we knew we would use her to sell the property once we had enough equity in it to get us into a bigger property. With a 125 year old house, there were a lot of projects that needed to be tackled. Over the years we would ask Michelle for recommendations on contractors and service professionals to help us with upgrades and she never steered us wrong. Once we were ready to get the house on the market, Michelle walked through the house with us to review any items that we should address prior to listing and every single suggestion proved to be wise and led us to a full price offer within 3 days of listing. Michelle also helped us secure our new home and assisted with the logistics of buying one house before officially selling the other. She made sure we were well informed and understood each step of the entire selling and buying process.

I started working with Michelle about 3 years ago and have used her on every real estate transaction since. I have investment properties as well that she also assists me with. I trust her and she is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is professional and very detailed. I highly recommend her. She takes her profession and her customers needs very seriously.
