I began working in the real estate industry in 2010, after a wonderful 21-year career as a Regional Manager in the banking industry. Seller reviewMichelle helped us buy our first home in 2018. She made that process so easy and painless, we knew we would use her to sell the property once we had enough equity in it to get us into a bigger property. With a 125 year old house, there were a lot of projects that needed to be tackled. Over the years we would ask Michelle for recommendations on contractors and service professionals to help us with upgrades and she never steered us wrong. Once we were ready to get the house on the market, Michelle walked through the house with us to review any items that we should address prior to listing and every single suggestion proved to be wise and led us to a full price offer within 3 days of listing. Michelle also helped us secure our new home and assisted with the logistics of buying one house before officially selling the other. She made sure we were well informed and understood each step of the entire selling and buying process.
