Seller reviewMy family and I are incredibly grateful to have worked with Michelle Erickson in the sale of our late father's home. As we live out of town, Michelle was at the forefront of everything from the very beginning through the final sale. With her guidance and help we were able to clean, clear out, and list the house just after a month of our unexpected father's passing. During the winter months she regularly checked in on the property, coordinated maintenance such as snow removal, and ensured the home was well cared for. Whenever issues arose, Michelle was quick to inform us and made sure everything was addressed promptly and thoroughly. Throughout the entire process, she remained empathetic, respectful, calm, and professional, all while helping us secure what we felt was a fair price. We are eternally grateful to Michelle for her hard work, dedication, and compassion during such a difficult time.

Buyer reviewI was purchasing a home from 2 hours away - So buying this home was an adventure - Michelle Erickson was always avaialbe to accommodate virtual showings . She paid attention to everything that was important to me and helped a great deal to narrow down listings to where I made 3 trips to Cedar Rapids to find the right location and the perfect home - The process took several months (4) and Michelle was steady and very reliable, was outstanding in communication and information gathering from listing agent so I was well educated on each home we visited. My budget was not high but that did not matter as I knew it was not about the commission for Michelle - I can not thank her enough for the long road and a tremendous outcome . Thank You Michelle
