Buyer reviewI can't say enough great things about Michelle Flowers. She understood what we were looking for and was always available for questions and to show us properties. Michelle is experienced and communicated with us regularly. When we found our house she walked us through the process and kept us informed on what to expect to keep us on track. Michelle is fantastic! She was so genuinely excited for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You will be in great hands and will not be disappointed.

Seller reviewMichelle Flowers ia a conscientious, Real Estate proffesional which I would highly recommend. She was attentive to every detail and followed through with all that she promissed. She also step in to help with advertising items for sale on facebook and through her brokerage. This was very helpful as we were from out of town. Ticor Title was also on their game, Felix was knowledgable on what documents were needed for this special sale of my Aunt and Uncle's Condo. Many thanks to Michelle for guiding us through a wonderful experience closing this transaction in a timely manner. :)

Seller reviewWe used Michelle on each of our last 2 home sales. On both sales, she was extremely easy to work with and very effective. She was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with on our needs and concerns. She was aware of market conditions in our area and priced and marketed our recently conluded sale perfectly. Our home sold quickly at an amount above our asking price. Michelle always stayed in touch with us and sought our opinions, and was available 24/7. Since we has already moved out of the area when we put our home on the market, Michelle handled everything for us in readying our home for sale, and she did an ubelievable job of coordinating and communicating with everyone involved throughout the the entire process; including me and my wife, the buyer's agent, the escrow personnel, and the HOA. We would certainly utilize her services again, and she definitely has earned our highest recommentaion.
