We live in Florida so we needed a reliable agent with contacts that could help us with the various Seller obligations for repairs, well and septic tank certification, etc. Michelle went above and beyond in these areas. One week before closing, the A/C unit in our parent's home failed. While this could have been a major issue that pushed out the closing, it wasn't. Michelle identified a company who worked through the weekend to fix the issue so our home was ready for the final inspection and closing. Michelle is 100% invested in helping her Sellers and Buyers. She's increadibly knowledgeable about the housing market in Appomattox and surrounding areas. She's also one of the most personable agents we've worked with.
