When we started this process we had heard the advice to find someone with a 'teacher's heart', someone who could guide you through the process with kindness, and patience. While also being more than happy to answer any questions you had along the way. This was Michelle. She was down to earth, very kind and friendly, and always easy to get a hold of when we had questions or listings we wanted to view.
In the current market, it felt crucial to be able to arrange viewings as soon as possible to be able to get your foot in the door with an offer on a house you love. In many ways, this was our highest priority as we could see how quickly homes / properties we were interested in were switching to pending. Michelle made this easy for us, we knew we could count on her to reach out quickly and follow up with the seller's agents to arrange the viewings.
