Seller reviewMichelle had tremendous knowledge of the area where my property was located. She carefully explained why the recommended listing price was in keeping with the area. When an offer was made, $5,000 below the listed price, she systematically went over why the listing price was chosen. I rejected the offer and the next day the prospective buyer met the listing price. Michelle's knowledge of the area gave me the confidence to reject the first offer. Closing was easy and all in all, I would absolutely choose her again.
