Seller reviewI was looking for someone that understood multifamily properties and the unique issues with working with an out of state seller. He was very helpful in working with my uncooperative property manager and did tasks that I would have expected my property manager to do. I did not want to "give my property away to wholesalers" and he was very empathetic to my concerns. The first agent I reached out to in your office (from a search for a realtor on the internet) was very responsive and quickly referred me over to the commercial section to better serve my needs. Mike quickly got back to me to work out a plan.

Seller reviewThe area and the size of the house I sold did not deter Mike.We never had many showings compared to other areas.We did receive multiple offers.When the offer we accepted fell through Mike had a good strategy to get our house sold.By the time we had to relist the market was slowing down.Mike still managed to sell our home for us. I would use him again and definitely recommend him.
