Seller reviewMike was VERY conscientious getting the house closed. He arranged for and met contractors at the house. He finished up loose ends he should not have had to deal with.

Seller reviewMike Clements had worked with several people close to me and they expressed how well of a job he had done for them. I can attest, Mike is a level above any other realtor I've associated with. He's very quick to respond, he personally stays on top of tasks (even ones I needed to get completed), and he gives you insight into his years and years of experience. When we would look at houses, he would point out things beyond my untrained eye (some inspectors probably wouldn't see). When I sold my property, he came over and did a compete walk through. He offered feedback on how to sell the house more quickly and get more out of each investment/improvement.. I ended up getting a significant amount over asking and it sold in 1-1/2 days... I couldn't give Mike a higher endorsement.
