He only showed me houses that fit my criteria, and didn't try to sell the houses when we were going through the showings. Instead, he pointed out the flaws of the house/potential issues when trying to resale. This was quite helpful as I wouldn't have considered these things otherwise. I will use him again, and I will recommend anyone in the area to use Mike. He was exceptional.
