Mike Gordon
With more than 50 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike Gordon brings an exceptional depth of knowledge, leadership, and experience to his role as Managing Principal Broker of the Redmond and Sunriver offices of Century 21 North Homes Realty.
Mike began his real estate career in 1974 and quickly established himself as a respected leader in the industry. In 1979, he became the owner of an ERA franchise, and in 2000, he opened his own Century 21 office, successfully growing the company into seven offices. Awarded the CRB Designation in 1998 as a Certified Real Estate Broker Manager. His leadership and industry expertise also led him to serve as President of the Brokers Council for Oregon and Southern Washington for four years.
Mike spent 12 years managing the Redmond Windermere office before joining Century 21 North Homes Realty in May 2025, where he continues to serve as Managing Principal Broker.
Known throughout the local real estate community for his strong relationships, patience, and extensive industry knowledge, Mike is passionate about helping real estate professionals succeed. He enjoys working alongside brokers, sharing his experience, providing guidance, and helping each agent reach their professional goals.
