Seller reviewMike Liddi has been my realtor for fours years and has either helped buy or sell seven of my homes during that time. The houses were always priced properly and moved quickly. If there were problems with the transactions he knew how to fix them. If there were issues with the property that I couldn't resolve, he knew people that could get things fixed. With Mike, I knew there was going to be a happy ending for me. I would recommend Mike to all family members and friends.

Seller reviewI had never sold a house before June 2025. Mike was recommended to me by a close friend who knew and had worked with Mike. He took me through the process step by step. He had people who could come in and make repairs and do other things required which was a great relief for me. He also assisted me in finding an estate sale group to help me sell positions I no longer needed. He was always available and prepared me for each step of the process. I won't be selling another house, but if I did I would call Mike. And I will highly recommend him to others buying or selling a house.

Seller reviewBecause we do not live in the area (we are 3 hours away), it was important to us to work with someone who was familiar with the market up there and the current sales/buying trends in Visalia. After the initial conversation with Mike, I felt that we had made the right choice and felt that Mike would do whatever he could to sell our home, and he did. Mike was very honest about the market and what it would take to sell our home. . His patients and understand with me and my husband was very comforting. Mike also went above and beyond to assist us with the repairs that were needed in the home. Again, with us not living in the area it was a bit stressful trying to find fair pricing for the repairs. Having to pay large amounts of money without seeing that the job/repair was done right was very worrisome to me however, Mike would go out to the property to insure and to put my mind at ease, that the job was done right. I would absolutely refer Mike Liddi, without question. He is the best!

He followed through with everything he said he would do and was a great listener. Everything went smoothly and it was due to Mike's expertise and experience. You would be hard-pressed to find an agent as good as Mike.

He is great with investment properties because he has a great manner and way with tenants as you go through the process. Mike thinks through the marketing plan and really puts together how this will look. His suggestions from a marketing perspective should not be ignored! He is a hard worker and is readily available.
