I am a licensed real estate agent representing Century 21 Northland, Grayling, MI. My wife, Jill, and I have lived in Northern Michigan most of our lives. I grew up in Traverse city, graduating in "76" and moved to Lake City in 1990 before moving to Grayling in 2015. I spent every year since 1992 working as a sales rep in the Houghton Lake, Grayling area and have made many friends over that time period. My wife, Jill, grew up in Hart but moved to the Roscommon/Grayling area in the early 70's. She was owner of The Gray Rock Cafe', here in Grayling, for 17 years. We both love to snowshoe, kayak, hunt, and fish and Northern Michigan is the perfect place for that. Our true love, however, is our 11 grandkids. Seller reviewMike was kind and professional. He was easy to communicate with and answered all texts, calls and questions in quick order. We appreciate his support for us during this process. He was able to sell our home in a very short amount of time, whereas the previous realtor with whom we had listed with had it for 4 months and only a few showings.... Mike is down to earth, yet very impressive !! He did not disappoint on any level. In fact, when we initially reached out to him, he was taking the time out of an evening to talk with us about his plan for a sale for our house, even before we had met him personally. He was kind and understanding about our frustrations regarding our current realtor. Mike gets 5 stars! We will recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor in the Gaylord area!

He was patient with me - I looked at quite a few properties. He is the best realtor I have ever encountered. He even was available when he was on vacation. My purchase was not an easy one for Mike or the seller's realtor. I sincerely appreciate all his efforts. I will recommend Mike to all my family and friends. If I ever sell my home, I will certainly contact Mike.

Seller reviewMike was always easy to reach when needed and changed things up when needed also ,as far as pictures. He was easy to work with. I believe Mike is a very good realtor for the up north area ,Especially, considering Canada Creek ranch was a private association that needed special attention because of membership. Mike took the time to understand the Unique situation of selling there. Any area of Michigan that was not a private club, I would highly recommend Mike. Considering all, I would recommend him to others.
