His knowledge of the area and the housing market were extraordinary. His attention to detail was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I would highly recommend Mike Slezak to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a home in the Bay City area. This was the first time I ever purchased a house. Getting my home through a VA loan with very little to put down was a scary process for me. Mike made the whole process of buying a home a lot less stressful. It is amazing how relieving it is to feel that your realtor truly wants you to be happy with your home purchase.
