Prior to owning and operating my own accounting practice since Oct. 1992, I had over 5 years' experience with Aerospace, and over 6 years' experience with Telecommunications. I have a degree in Accounting and in Business and I obtained my Texas Real Estate License in February 2004. I am a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, San Marcos Area Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors. After moving to Wimberley in July of 1999 to help out in the family construction business and provide accounting assistant to some of the local businesses, I have been enjoying a more relaxed life style with a smaller customer base. Now I look forward to assisting you in finding your own piece of happiness.

We met in my work setting and later she called to see if I would be interested selling a lot in Wimberley she knew I had. I ended up doing that as she facilitated things with the perspective buyer. I ended up selling through her and so when it was time for me to look for a house I called her again because I was very pleased with everything she had done on the previous sell. Milissa didn't peg us to one type of house/community/price point, but instead introduced us to a range of choices within our parameters. When we found the perfect home, Milissa crafted an aggressive offer that ultimately got us the home for a terrific price. While we were filling out paperwork, she quickly answered questions and explained technical details and timelines. Even after we closed, she made herself available to answer questions and follow-up if necessary.
