My family has had the pleasure of calling northern Virginia "home" many times over my husband's military career, and my two children have attended Virginia schools at all levels. Buyer reviewWe purchased a home in VA while living in CA. MiLyn had a lot of local knowledge. She knew the neighborhoods, schools, traffic patterns, local entertainment/shopping and etc. If she said she would check out a house for us, she would take a lot of photos and gave us her honest opinion about the area and the homes. She never missed any appointments or meetings. We didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us just any home, but she wanted it to be right fit for our family. We could not have asked for a better realtor.

Seller reviewMiLyn was extraordinary from suggestions to improvements on property as well as being there to check progress. She was instrumental in suggestions for contractors. She also interceded with them on quality of work being done. House was under contract within 48 hours of being on market. Closing accomplished within 3 weeks. I can only say that MiLyn Ward would be my only choice if I needed any realtor again. I would also suggest her services to anyone I knew needed a realtor MiLyn kept me informed every step of the way from how many viewings were taking place to how the process was going aftervoffed had been accepted.

Seller reviewI would use Milyn again but I moved out of state. Very straight forward and diligent. She assessed my property, told me what needed to be done, and frequently came by to check on my progress and offer additional suggestions. My windows were covered in dew the morning pictures were scheduled to be taken. She asked where supplies were and started wiping them down.
