I know she had probably never done a sale under a conservatorship before but she was willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done. She listened to our specific needs and committed to finding the perfect property. She went above and beyond the call of duty on several ocassions. she even convinced the seller to sell to us before he had even planned to list the property. On those days that I was overwhelmed with the red tape from the courts she was there to keep me calm. assuring me that we could figure it all our and she always offered her assistance to give me some relief. All in all Mindy was far more than a realtor. My siblings and I are eternally grateful for her kind and helpful spirit. Thanks to Mindy, my parents now have a beautiful condo to live out the remainder of their days.
