Seller reviewMiriam spent time researching the area and discussing strategy with her supervisor to help us accurately price the property. I was tempted to list it lower to sell the property faster, but she felt doing so would be a mistake and she was right! We received an above-price offer within 2 days of listing. Miriam was very responsive, brought up potential issues before they could occur, and even spent money out of her own pocket to prep the property for sale (purchasing floor mats, disposable slippers, and other items). She communicated multiple times per day via phone, text, and email to make sure I had all of the necessary information as soon as possible. She had a great relationship with other agents and the title agency, which enabled the process to go as smoothly as possible. I can't thank her enough, and I look forward to working with her again soon.
